Section 104
Do not spread infectious diseases
(1) No one shall do any work which may spread or spread any infectious disease which may endanger the life of any person.
(2) A person who commits or commits an offense under sub-section (1) willfully or knowingly be punished with imprisonment for up to ten years and a fine of up to one lakh rupees, if committed negligently with imprisonment for up to five years and a fine of up to fifty thousand rupees, and if committed recklessly with imprisonment for up to three years and a fine of up to thirty thousand rupees.
